Domestic Electrical Work to New Extension
The works carried out on this domestic property were extensive due to the new extension on the property and alterations to the existing house too. A replacement consumer unit was installed, new circuits for several rooms to provide power for sockets, lighting, ventilation, appliances, smoke alarms and a heating system. Commercial Shop Project Upgrade
On this commercial project we started with an onsite visit and discussions about what the client needed and what could also be done to create versatility for the future too. From removal of the old electrical circuits and accessories due to the age of the cabling and the damage that had been inflicted to the installation too. We provided the installation of new skirting trunking with the inclusion of socket outlets and heater supplies within it and the installation of L.E.D panel lighting, directional L.E.D spotlights and alternate length pendants for the new shop owners lampshades so customers can see the effect the will give in their own homes.
Outside Lighting and Heating Garden Project
This project was to provide the client with outside electrics that worked efficiently and safely, the previous installation was not just dangerous but poorly executed. I was asked to provide a heater for the late summer nights outside. Festoon lighting to provide a cosy effect to the evenings entertainment and to provide external socket power for the possible use of outside speakers too. Sounds and looks great for entertaining outside and we are always happy to take on these projects and provide the look that the client wants
Replacement Consumer Unit
This project was a replacement consumer unit, to provide the property with surge protection, RCBO protection on every individual circuit and a metal enclosure for all of it to house in. We even boxed in the cabling above the cupboard to protect the cabling and make it look neater than what it was
House Lighting Renovation
This is only a small part of the project which was done at this amazing property. This shows the en-suite bathroom with attention to detail with what lighting was installed in the different areas of the room. Wall lights, downlights, extendable mirror light, shaver points, under floor heating and an extractor fan to finish things off. It looks amazing though.
